EGSZ Working Time Documentation
- Update for the Documentation of Short Time Work -
Enclosed please find the EGSZ Working Time Documentation in a bilingual version (German/English) recording the actual working and short-time hours of employees.
The attached MS Excel file consists of four worksheets:
- Instructions with details in English language
- Anleitung D with details in German language
- Documentation for monthly records per employee
- Print out Form for easy printing of empty forms and manual recordings.
Unless you already use advanced working time recording systems in your company we recommend to record all working details/times per employee/month.
Such information will be required for later short time work refund applications to the Federal Employment Agency.
